is Western Sweden’s leading energy company and provides its customers with energy services, broadband, district heating, cooling, natural gas and the electricity supply network. Göteborg Energi employ 1 097 people and has a turnover of € 400 million.

Swedish Gas-Technical Centre (SGC)

The assignment of SGC is to co-ordinate Swedish industrial interest in R&D concerning gas fuel technology. This is done on a “non profit”-base. The Swedish government represented by Swedish Energy Agency participates in financing the R&D-program. SGC was established in 1990 and is owned by E.ON Gas Sverige AB, E.ON Sverige AB, Göteborg Energi AB, Lunds Energikoncernen AB, Öresundskraft AB and The Swedish Gas Association. SGC has a staff of 6 and an annual turnover of approximately 2,2 MEuro.


is a organically grown research and development company from the Lund-Malmö region in South Sweden. The research includes glycerol conversion to higher-value fuels and chemicals. BFS engages 7 people with core competence in catalysis and catalytic processes and 60 years of joint experience of environmental R&D. The company has research facilities and offices in Limhamn. BFS designed the GreenLPG technology.
